IMPORTANT : Quotation use packages required to be booked at least 45 Days before Arrival.

Quotation Use Only Rate: 
Travel Agent’s/Tour Operators can offer Hot Air Balloon tour to be included in tour package and make reservation in advance 
before guest/group Arrival to Turkey. Booking party will be billed based on Quotation Use only package  per pax for Hot Air 
Ballon Tour. Quotation use only rate can not be used for part of the group (Must be used for entire group) or offered to 
guest’s after arrival to Turkey. 

Optional Selling Rate : 
Indicates that, Hot Air Balloon being offered as Optional tour to guests on the ground after guest/group Arrival to Turkey. 
There is no credit facility provided for Hot Air Balloon tours, therefore agent/tour operator credit agreements will not be 
valid for this optional tour/pre booked service. No additional pax can be added to quotation use only rates after group arrives 
to Turkey.
